InstaCreative India in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Barista to deliver high-quality coffee and beverages, greet customers, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

You will prepare drinks, take orders, maintain a clean station, handle cash, and collaborate with the team while following health and safety guidelines. Previous barista experience and strong communication are preferred; local visa sponsorship offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; food handling certification is a plus.
• Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers kindly.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations and health codes.

• Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items or promotions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent additional certification in food handling is a plus
• Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role in a busy environment
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques latte art and specialty drinks is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
