Job summary

The Espresso Lab in Dubai is seeking a motivated barista to join our award-winning specialty coffee team. You will prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, maintain equipment, and deliver a warm, memorable guest experience at the counter.

Ideal candidates are presentable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners are preferred, and you will play a key role in upholding brand standards and supporting stock management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, filter coffee, and specialty beverages to brand standards.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
• Deliver a warm, memorable coffee experience to every guest at the counter.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the coffee bar and workstation.
• Manage stock levels of coffee, milk, and consumables, and flag reordering needs.
