Position: Barista
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: AED 1800 per month

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must be passionate about coffee, and have a customer service oriented approach.

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting coffee drinks to order, as well as providing excellent customer service. He/she will also be required to ensure cleanliness of the café’s equipment and work areas, as well as maintaining accurate records of sales and stock levels.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a barista is preferred
• Good customer service skills
• Knowledge of different coffee making techniques
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Immigrant status is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, smoothies, etc. according to standards established by the cafe
• Provide customers with information about menu items such as ingredients and preparation methods
• Maintain cleanliness of café equipment and work area
• Accurately record sales transactions and stock levels in the cash register system
• Interact with customers in a friendly manner while taking orders or making recommendations.
