Responsibilities

• Ensure staff works as a team to deliver optimum service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect staff grooming and attire and rectify deficiencies.
• Perform opening/closing duties: set up supplies, clean equipment and areas, lock doors.
• Inspect storage areas for organization, FIFO, and cleanliness; complete inventories and stock requisition.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being; address issues.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees; model Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy.
• Follow safety policies; report accidents and unsafe conditions; maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests; anticipate needs, assist guests with disabilities, and thank guests.
• Speak clearly and professionally; develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and seek efficiencies; read/verify information and inspect equipment.
• Stand for long periods; move/lift/carry up to 50 pounds; navigate stairs and service ramps.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.

Position Summary
