In this role, you will leverage your technical knowledge of the Ellucian Banner system to support the implementation, customization, and optimization of Banner solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that the systems meet the diverse needs of educational institutions.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical specifications for Banner implementations.
  • Design, configure, and customize Banner modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Perform system upgrades and maintenance, including patches and updates, to enhance system performance and security.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Banner data and reporting tools.
