Qualifications

• Emirati university student pursuing undergraduate education.

• Available to participate in a 1 to 2-year flexible development program with intensive training during university breaks.
• Motivated to gain early exposure to banking before graduation.
• Willing to complete structured training, mentorship, workplace learning, and professional development activities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Bedaya Program as a pre-graduate banking development initiative for Emirati university students.
• Complete the 1-day induction and onboarding session to understand program expectations, workplace standards, and the bank's environment.
• Attend 4 weeks of foundation training covering banking fundamentals, governance modules, and core financial services concepts.
• Complete 4 weeks of on-the-job training with assigned teams to gain practical exposure to real banking activities.
• Participate in mentorship sessions to learn from experienced banking professionals and understand career pathways.
• Attend 1 week of career workshops focused on professional development, workplace readiness, communication, and future career planning.
• Build knowledge across multiple functional areas of banking through structured training and guided exposure.
• Engage in intensive training during university breaks while balancing academic commitments and program participation.
• Support assigned departmental activities, project tasks, research work, administrative coordination, or operational learning assignments.
• Develop understanding of banking products, governance standards, compliance awareness, customer service, and business operations.
• Demonstrate curiosity, professionalism, accountability, and willingness to learn throughout each stage of the program.
• Prepare for future opportunities in Ethraa, MTP Graduate Programs, and full-time roles by building strong performance and learning records.
• Participate in global exposure opportunities or international office placements where selected and applicable.
