Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of corporate banking integrations and workflows.
• Hands-on exposure to Host-to-Host, SWIFT FileAct, and cheque processing systems.
• Familiarity with APIs, XML, CSV, secure protocols, and integration platforms.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple integrations simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for third-party banking integrations.
• Manage Host-to-Host, Remote Cheque Printing, SWIFT FileAct, and other corporate interfaces.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, external vendors, and integration workflows.
• Validate integration design, mapping rules, data flows, and security requirements.
• Conduct functional testing, support UAT, and resolve integration issues.
• Prepare BRDs, process flows, and integration documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and corporate governance.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing integrations.
