Shadow client meetings to observe needs analysis and relationship management.

Provide administrative support to the advisory team.

Participate in sales and service campaigns for banking products such as savings accounts, loans, and investment services.

Handle client queries with professionalism and elevate issues when needed.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products, policies, and compliance requirements.
