Job Description:

The Bank Teller is responsible for providing excellent customer service to patrons at the bank counter, accurately processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records. They must be able to manage customer relationships in a professional manner, ensure confidentiality of customer information, and have a strong knowledge of banking products and services.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service including assisting customers with their banking needs
• Process transactions accurately including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, transfers, and issuing bank drafts
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts
• Balance the daily cash drawer
• Answer any inquiries from customers regarding bank services or products
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations

Qualifications & Skills:
