Job summary

A leading hospitality group in the United Arab Emirates is looking for a Cook to join the team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina. Responsibilities include assisting the Senior Chef with food preparation, maintaining hygienic conditions, and ensuring high quality in daily food production. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and be detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry.
  • Technical proficiency in related software preferable.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Chef for daily food preparation.
  • Maintain hygienic work area as per hotel rules.
  • Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production.
  • Control food stock and cost in your section.
  • Ensure highest standards and consistent quality in daily preparation.
