Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry.
- Technical proficiency in related software preferable.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Chef for daily food preparation.
- Maintain hygienic work area as per hotel rules.
- Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production.
- Control food stock and cost in your section.
- Ensure highest standards and consistent quality in daily preparation.
