Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads viennoiseries and other bakery items.
  • Maintain mise en place and handle daily production requirements.
  • Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory and reducing waste.
  • Ensure your station meets cleanliness and food safety standards (HACCP).
  • Support senior bakery staff and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines.
  • Contribute to new product testing and seasonal preparations when required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 3 years of bakery experience in a professional kitchen.
  • High School or Diploma in Bakery Hospitality or a related field.
  • HACCP Certified, working of food safety practices is a must.
  • Proficient in dough handling baking techniques and shaping.
