Responsibilities

• Support account managers in requirement gathering, solution design, positioning competitive discussions, POCs, sizing and pricing.
• Prepare High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), implementation plans, pre-requisite validation, installation and configuration. Assist customers with problem handling and troubleshooting.
• Provide multiple years of actively delivering IT infrastructure and data protection projects based on NetBackup, NetWorker, Backup Exec, Avamar, Data Domain, Enterprise Vault, SourceOne and related technologies.
• Demonstrate ability and experience in customer‑facing positions as a Professional Services consultant.
• Document solutions and write technical deliverables with strong documentation and technical writing skills.
• Explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences as an adaptable and progressive learner.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Communicate confidently and clearly with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Manage organizational tasks with proficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to prioritize work and customers when required.

Skills & Certifications

• Design, install, configure, troubleshoot and administer backup and archival solutions based on NetBackup, NetWorker, Backup Exec, Avamar, Data Domain, Enterprise Vault and SourceOne.
• Must possess required vendor certifications for these technologies.
• Additional industry certifications from vendors such as Dell EMC, HP, Veeam, Cisco and Microsoft are an advantage.
