Net2Source is looking for Back Office Operations Coordinator with expertise in the Data entry, service request, client management.

Role: Back Office Operations Coordinator

Type: contract

Location: Ras al-Khaimah (Onsite)

Job Description:

End-to-End Service Request Management

  • Process assigned service requests within the system, including data entry, document uploads, and basic approvals.
  • Verify and ensure completeness of submitted documents before proceeding with internal workflows.
  • Follow up on pending or delayed requests with relevant departments to ensure resolution within defined SLAs.

Service Delivery Execution

  • Track and monitor each request to ensure timely completion in line with defined SLAs.
  • Flag any service delays or irregularities and follow up with concerned teams to expedite resolution.

Operational Support & Accuracy

  • Maintain data integrity across backend systems, ensure documents are complete and accurate, and update logs and trackers as needed.
  • Verify client-submitted information and escalate inconsistencies when necessary.

Internal Coordination

  • Liaise with departments such as Customer Experience, Compliance, and IT to ensure seamless processing and resolution of service requests.
  • Escalate cases as needed and follow through to ensure resolution.

Continuous Improvement

  • Provide feedback on process gaps and support efforts to improve operational workflows.
  • Contribute to documentation and updates of backend procedures as necessary

Years of experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in back office, service coordination, or operational roles.

Fluent in English and Arabic (preferable).
