Job summary

Talogy Middle East & Africa seeks a Data Engineer to join our data platform engineering team. You will manage databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB), develop SSIS packages, ADF pipelines, and Power BI reports to support business decisions worldwide.

The ideal candidate has strong SQL, Azure data services, Python, and DevOps practices, with experience across multi-vendor databases and BI tooling. You will collaborate across teams to deliver secure, scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with MS SQL, Azure SQL and Cosmos DBs.
• 3–5 years developing, implementing and supporting SSIS packages and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Understanding business needs and designing solutions meeting them.
• Managing and maintaining SQL Servers, Azure SQL databases, Cosmos DBs.
• Developing, managing and maintaining SSIS packages, ADF/Fabric pipelines.
• BAU support for SQL/NoSQL servers/databases including patching.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, DevOps and client solutions.
• Build resilient, secure, cost-effective data solutions and monitor performance.
