Job summary

EPAM Systems in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, seeks an AI Solutions Architect to design and implement Azure AI and Azure OpenAI based solutions. You will automate maintenance notifications, ensure secure cloud-native architectures, and lead PoC initiatives across the project lifecycle.

The role requires 5–7 years in Azure design/management, 2–3 years in AI/Gen-AI, strong NLP, and excellent client communication. Arabic language skills are a plus; UAE-based hybrid work is possible.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
5-7 years of experience with Microsoft Azure including design, implementation and management.
2-3 years of experience with AI/Gen-AI, specifically Azure AI and Azure OpenAI services.
Deep knowledge of Azure architecture, services and best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Design robust, scalable cloud-native solutions using Azure AI and OpenAI.
Oversee implementation aligning with objectives and best practices.
Develop automated processes for classification, validation and text generation.
Integrate AI solutions into existing systems to improve communication and data processing.
Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
Monitor deployments for performance, cost, and security improvements.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards.
Collaborate with clients to understand business and technical needs.
Provide architectural guidance for cloud modernization and optimizations.
Lead PoC initiatives to validate proposals and demonstrate feasibility.
Foster collaboration to ensure successful project delivery.
Stay updated on Azure services and Gen-AI technologies.
Advocate for innovative Gen-AI cloud solutions delivering competitive advantage.
