We are hiring a AW139 Helicopter Maintenance Instructor

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

1) Deliver technical training : Conduct classroom and on-the-job instruction on aircraft maintenance principles, safety, inspections, servicing, and aviation regulations.

2) Develop and update training materials : Collaborate with course developers to design, review, and revise instructional content using SAT / ADDIE methodologies.

3) Design course structure : Prepare syllabi, lesson plans, and platform-specific instructional materials to ensure comprehensive maintenance training.

4) Assess trainee performance : Conduct evaluations, analyze results, and adjust training programs to ensure learning objectives are met effectively.

5) Manage training records : Maintain accurate documentation of student attendance, performance, and disciplinary actions; coordinate with other instructors.

6) Support training operations : Ensure classroom and workshop readiness, uphold housekeeping standards, and perform additional tasks assigned by management.

Profile / Requirements :

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Aircraft Maintenance license (Part 66 B1.3 license)
  • Helicopter type rating AW139 from Part-147 organization
  • Minimum of 5 Years Experience in teaching aviation maintenance.
  • Knowledge of training methodologies and management utilizing a systems approach (SAT or ADDIE) is highly desirable
