Job Description
- Support the execution of syndicated loan transactions throughout the deal lifecycle, working alongside senior team members and key stakeholders.
- Assist in developing financing solutions and new syndicated lending products to enhance business growth.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, pitch books and reports for both internal and external audiences.
- Conduct market, borrower and lender research, providing insights to support pricing and transaction structuring.
- Help coordinate syndication processes, including preparing information packages and engaging with financing partners.
- Monitor market trends, investor liquidity and pricing developments, sharing relevant insights with stakeholders.
- Support reporting requirements, pipeline management and wider origination team initiatives while ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal policies.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial analysis and transaction structuring.
- Experience gained within a commercial bank, lending institution, corporate finance or project finance environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, combined with sound commercial judgement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities proactively and contribute effectively within a fast-paced environment.
