Job summary

Talents Tide partners with a leading Islamic bank in Dubai to appoint an AVP Compliance Technologies who will shape and drive the enterprise-wide regulatory technology strategy. The role combines deep technical leadership with strong execution across AML, screening, and risk platforms.

The successful candidate will spearhead AI-powered compliance initiatives, ensure seamless integration with core systems, and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in banking IT with a strong focus on compliance technology solutions.
• End-to-end implementation experience with AML and Firco screening products.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and oversee the organization’s compliance technologies strategy.
• Lead all compliance tech initiatives related to AML, fraud detection, customer screening, payment screening, KYC, and risk assessment.
• Ensure integration of compliance systems with broader enterprise platforms.
