Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing aviation parts, materials and stores in an MRO context.
• Knowledge of human factors and performance in daily operations.
• Strong planning, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: Dangerous Goods cert, IATA/Incoterms familiarity, forklift licence, OH&S training.
• Experience with SAP ERP in aviation materials management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to MOE and environmental/safety requirements in daily tasks.
• Prioritize items to ensure timely intake and shipment of parts (AOG items first).
• Receive, inspect and document materials, including electrostatic sensitive components.
• Inspect tools and equipment and enter tooling in the tooling program.
• Quarantine and label rejected tools/parts until disposition; issue approved items with proper documents.
• Accept components per SAP and ensure material certificates are filed and linked to supplier.
• Issue materials to maintenance with accompanying documentation.
• Ensure outgoing materials align with customer accounts; maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor inventory levels, cycle counts and WIP; maintain housekeeping in stores.
• Assist continuous improvement for Abu Dhabi Service Centre operations.
