Job summary

Jobs2Web invites an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to review defects in the AAG Fleet, monitor health data, and coordinate with engineering for cost-effective resolutions. The role requires a bachelor’s in Aircraft Engineering with extensive maintenance/engineering experience and a UAE GCAA AME license or ICAO equivalent.

You will lead defect analysis, trends, and mitigation planning while ensuring safety and reliability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Engineering; 10 years in Maintenance/Engineering; 5+ years as certifying staff on A-320.
Holder of UAE GCAA AME license or ICAO license type.
Knowledge of operational impact and consequences.
Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling.
Knowledge of AMOS maintenance software.

Responsibilities

Review defects in the AAG Fleet to identify critical and repetitive issues.
Provide rectification recommendations with minimal cost and effort.
Maintain an operator database of in-service troubleshooting experience.
Monitor Aircraft Technical Logbooks for Deferred & Repetitive Defects.
Monitor online real-time fault reporting data systems.
Review health monitoring/predictive modules for trends; liaise with engineering.
Review post-closure events to ensure issues are resolved.
Evaluate mitigation plans and internal parts pool and facility assessments.
