Job summary

A leading AV event production company in Dubai is seeking a Technical Coordinator to support proposals and manage project documentation. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and proficiency in Vectorworks and CAD. You will work with various teams to ensure proposal accuracy and enhance client presentations, making it crucial to possess strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in an Estimating, Technical Coordinator, or similar role.
• Experience within the AV, events, or live production industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client briefs with detailed proposals.
• Prepare and revise quotations for AV and event production services.
• Manage dry hire quoting and tracking to optimize resources.
• Create and update technical drawings using Vectorworks and CAD.
• Liaise with Sales, PMs, and Operations for proposal accuracy.

Proficiency in Vectorworks and CAD

Attention to detail

Familiarity with AV and live event production workflows

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
