Description:

Zebra Projects, Inc. is offering a unique and exciting opportunity to qualified candidates who would like to join our Dubai office which is located in Sharjah Emirate. We are hiring for a CAD Designer with 3-5 years proven experience in Retail, Restaurant, and Hospitality projects. The candidate will be eager for professional development, accepting of challenging work and focused on fundamentals.

Role Overview:

As a CAD Designer at Zebra Projects, you’ll be responsible for producing schematic layouts, detailed design documentation, and fully coordinated construction drawing sets. You’ll work with our multidisciplinary teams and international clients to help bring their vision to life — on brand, on spec, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create schematic drawings from design briefs, surveys, 3D models, and brand guidelines

· Maintain a close working relationship with the Senior Designer and/or Design Manager

· Resolve complex technical and design issues with teammates to produce constructible solutions

· Develop detailed design drawings suitable for client approvals and coordination

· Support the roll-out of global retail and F&B concepts, ensuring consistency across regions

Qualifications:

· Minimum 3 years of experience producing CAD drawings for retail, F&B, and/or hospitality projects

· Strong proficiency in AutoCAD

· Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills in English

· Experience in creating Construction Drawings

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

· Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

· Experience in construction detailing, materials, and fit-out processes is a plus

· Experience working within multi-brand environments and global retail standards is a plus

Desirable Skills:

· Working knowledge of SketchUp (for quick 3D visuals or conceptual modeling)

· Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

· Experience with global brands or multi-site retail rollouts is a strong advantage
