The successful applicant must possess a strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance, including diagnostic abilities. We expect the candidate to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field and be able to work with a variety of makes and models.

The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. They should also be able to work alone or as part of a team, following instructions precisely and having an eye for quality. The successful applicant should also demonstrate good problem-solving skills, being able to troubleshoot any issues that arise quickly and efficiently.

In addition to being willing and able to complete basic repairs such as oil changes, tune-ups, brake jobs, etc., the successful applicant must be able to diagnose complex issues by performing detailed inspections on engines, drivetrains, hydraulic systems and other components. Knowledge of computer diagnostics is highly desirable but not mandatory.
