REAPHR in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a skilled Auto Mechanic / Engine Specialist to join our automotive manufacturing and workshop team in Al Ain. You will diagnose faults, overhaul engines, assemble components, and support prototype projects, with an emphasis on safe, high-quality workmanship and adherence to UAE Labour Law.

This role offers accommodation and visa support, plus medical and annual leave benefits in line with UAE Labour Law.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of hands-on Auto Mechanic or Engine Specialist experience.
• Experience repairing petrol and diesel engines.
• Experience with engine rebuilding and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to assemble/disassemble engines and vehicle components.
• Basic English communication skills; immediate joiners preferred.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Auto Mechanic / Engine Specialist to join our growing automotive manufacturing and workshop team in Al Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, assembling, and modifying engines and mechanical systems used in vehicles, motorcycles, and prototype projects.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and engine-related faults.
• Perform engine overhauls, repairs, and rebuilding.

• Ability to identify mechanical faults and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Familiarity with basic diagnostic equipment is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic English communication skills.
