Job summary

Ecojob is seeking an experienced Auto Electrician for our Abu Dhabi operation. The successful candidate will diagnose, repair and maintain electrical systems in cars and light vehicles, with emphasis on safety and reliability.

The ideal applicant has a Diploma/Certificate in Automotive Auto Electrical, strong wiring-diagram skills and solid knowledge of automotive systems. Foreigners with no experience are welcome to apply, with opportunities to learn on the job.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Automotive/Auto Electrician from a recognized institution.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams correctly.
• Good knowledge of automotive systems and components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests to identify the source of electrical problems.
• Repair wiring systems, circuits, fuses, and other electrical components of cars and light vehicles.
• Check the operation of vehicle components such as headlights, indicators, wipers, horns etc.
• Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain records of repairs performed on vehicles.
