Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as an auto electrician in a similar position.
• Knowledge of automotive electronics systems and components including wiring diagrams.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in English language (reading/writing/speaking).
• Ability to use electrical testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical wiring and systems in various vehicles.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical problems in automobiles.
• Replace faulty components such as alternators, starters, switches and fuses.
• Follow safety protocols when working with hazardous materials such as gasoline or oil.
• Ensure all repairs are performed according to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used.
