Duties & Responsibilities

The Auto Electrician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting electrical systems in cars, trucks and other vehicles. They must identify any problems within the system, diagnose the cause of the issue, repair or replace damaged or defective parts, test the system for reliability and accuracy, and ensure that all safety guidelines are met. They may also be responsible for performing routine maintenance checks on vehicles as well as managing inventory of parts needed for repairs.

Qualifications & Skills

The ideal candidate should possess good problem-solving skills as well as knowledge of vehicle electrical systems. They should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in auto electrician work as well as a good understanding of safety standards in this field. A valid driver’s license is also required for this position.
