Overview

Assistant Production Manager. Experience: 2+ years in a producing company. Focus areas include materials monitoring and treatments, air and sea logistics, storehouse and industrial operations, ERP systems and WMS modules.

Responsibilities
  • Total responsibility for the performance of Industrial & Storehouse operations.
  • Develop policies and treatments aligned with departmental tasks.
  • Strategy and implementation of product monitoring systems to fulfill manufacturing needs.
  • Prompt materials issue and receipt from the Manufacturing department.
  • Stock control and logistics planning for incoming and outgoing products.
  • Correct storage of raw materials and finished goods according to datasheets.
  • Maintain perpetual stock records of quantities and types of materials and parts obtained, stocked, and dispersed.
  • Coordinate with SOX/ISO auditors; ensure correct product identification and barcode supervision.
  • Maintain clean storage areas and proper disposal of waste.
  • Ensure fixed assets, equipment, and consumables are efficiently controlled; manage storage space efficiently per industry best practices.
  • Manage supply and product invoices and transfers; perform and integrate physical inventories.
  • Collaborate with the Trade/Customs division; assess material issues and dispatches.
  • Review product quality through visual vs. physical verification and update records accordingly.
  • Establish procedures for damaged or lost products and prepare final receipt/dispatch records for inventory.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within production/logistics environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and WMS modules.
  • Experience with materials management, inventory control, and logistics planning.
  • Strong record-keeping, reporting, and coordination skills (audits, inventories, documentation).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Materials Management or Supply Chain Administration preferred.
Education

Any Type Of Bachelor’s Level or Bachelor’s Level in Material Management or Supply Chain Administration will be a benefit.
