Responsibilities

  • Installing and testing new facilities and equipment.
  • Maintaining equipment for video production, broadcast, and interactive media.
  • Setting up and monitoring audio-visual links between units.
  • Analysing and repairing technical faults on equipment and systems.
  • Minimising loss of service when equipment fails.
  • Setting up and operating equipment during outside broadcasts.
  • Designing and installing custom audio-visual circuits.
  • Designing and manufacturing hardware and systems.
  • Developing and using awareness of best workplace health and safety practices.
  • Interpreting and implementing instructions from product owners, creative directors, and colleagues.
  • Communicating effectively with team members.
  • Keeping up to date with industry changes by maintaining a network of contacts.

As an Audio Visual Manager, you will participate in the construction and maintenance of our studios.

Job Description

As an Audio Visual Manager, you will participate in the construction and maintenance of our studios. It is your job to ensure that programs are broadcast on time and of the highest quality. You’ll carry out updates and repairs as well as operate and maintain the systems. The perfect candidate should be able to build studios from scratch according to the provided plans and diagrams, manage the technical support team and maintain various broadcast systems.

Responsibilities
  • Installing and testing new facilities and equipment.
  • Maintaining equipment for video production, broadcast, and interactive media.
  • Setting up and monitoring audio-visual links between units.
  • Analysing and repairing technical faults on equipment and systems
  • Minimising loss of service when equipment fails by quickly identifying and implementing alternative methods of service provision.
  • Setting up and operating equipment and transmission links during outside broadcasts.
  • Designing and installing custom audio-visual circuits.

  • Interpreting and implementing instructions and requests from product owners, creative directors, and colleagues.
