- Perform the assigned tasks and update the Engineering Task Database to ensure it accurately reflects the status of the work completed
- Carry out scheduled maintenance of the air navigation services (CNS/ATM/MET systems) as per the annual maintenance plan
- Address ad-hoc requirements for maintenance of air navigation services (CNS/ATM/MET systems that may arise from time to time
- Inform the Airside Engineer of the task completion to ensure necessary checks are carried out before handover to operations
- Complete and file the related documentation to ensure records are maintained as per the standard operating procedure
- Identify and escalate challenges and issues that may hinder the task completion in a timely manner
- Adhere to OHS guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
- Stay up to date with the latest applicable regulations and SOPs to ensure compliance at all times
- Perform any additional responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time to meet operational requirements
- Safety responsibilities and accountabilities of this position are detailed in the Safety Management Manual of the organization. The Job holder is required to maintain awareness and knowledge in relation to their safety responsibilities associated with their job function
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Electronicsor equivalent
Professional Certifications:
- ATSEP basic and equipment preferred
Experience:
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role with apprenticeship in either CNS or ATM or MET systems
- Experience of working in an ATC environment
