JOB TITLE

Business to Business Project Associate Manager | Majid Al Futtaim LifeStyle | Business to Business Department

ROLE SUMMARY

The Project Associate Manager role will manage the project from end to end. The role will be responsible for running multiple projects independently and working with the team on major projects, ensuring the work is completed within the preset criteria of budget, timeline and standards.

ROLE PROFILE

• Manage the delivery of all new projects and refurbishments to maximize profitability by minimizing gross lettable area.
• Collaborate with the brands ‘principles and business unit ensuring projects delivery is seamless and efficient.
• Monitor the consultants, suppliers, and contractors ensuring project delivery in the most efficient manner.
• Collaborate with the internal team and external stakeholders during the Pre-Contract phase to provide the necessary technical support.
• Ensure financial management and record keeping of the relevant stages of each project.
• Manage the appointment process of consultants and contractors as per company policy.
• Be the main contact for Clients with regards to project delivery.
• Provide design brief and consultant scope definition.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, ideally related to the built environment.
• Additional qualifications in cost management or architecture are a plus.
• 7 years of experience in similar role.
• Interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Proficient knowledge of design and construction technologies.
