Parsons in Dubai is seeking an Associate Mechanical Engineer to support rail and infrastructure engineering projects. You will assist the MEP engineering team with mechanical design activities, equipment scheduling, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of engineering experience or strong academic background for fresh graduates.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems design and engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist the MEP engineering team with mechanical design activities related to rail and infrastructure projects.
• Support preparation of equipment schedules and mechanical engineering documentation.
• Coordinate design tasks with engineers, CAD specialists, and project teams.
• Assist in preparing engineering calculations, quantity takeoffs, and preliminary design documentation.
• Support preparation of material requisitions, service requirements, and subcontract documentation.
• Assist senior engineers in reviewing supplier drawings and technical bid submissions.
• Help prepare specifications, data sheets, and construction documentation for mechanical systems.
• Participate in engineering coordination meetings and support design updates.
• Assist in maintaining technical records and documentation for engineering activities.
