Job summary

A leading grains operation company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Machine Operator to support grain loading and unloading operations. The role involves operating equipment for the elevator process, managing silo activities, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and a Technical Diploma (ITI).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse, production, or maintenance.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment associated with the elevator process.
• Unload and load grain from vessels and trucks.
• Maintain internal/external grain dispatch report.
• Manage silo activities for smooth operations.
• Ensure quality & safety standards are maintained.

Job description

Job Summary

Supports in machine operations for grain loading and unloading in preparation for machine and required routing and load bulk delivery vehicles as assigned as per truck loading order.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operating all equipment associated with the elevator process.
• Operator Grain dryers using a computer with PLC Software
• Unloading / Loading Grain from Vessels / Trucks
• Maintain Internal / External Grain dispatch report
• Shipping and Storing of Grain in allotted silos.
• To manage Silo Activities for smooth operations with respect to Quality, Yield Factors & Cost effectiveness
• Maintaining the quality & safety standards without deviation.
• Maintaining GMP & Hygiene In Work AreaAny other work responsibility assigned by Line Manager as and when required upon business requirement (with relevant Training)

KPIs

• Understand Safety and Health rules and regulation as related to plant regulation.
• Time Management for Trucks Loading and Offloading
• Ensure Timely availability of Grain to Flour & Feed Mill

Work experience requirement

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse, Production or Maintenance
