The role will focus on direct private equity and credit investments in Europe, across a wide range of sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience in leveraged finance or M&A, or be an investor at a top tier private equity/credit firm within European markets.

What the job involves

• Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process from origination to execution and portfolio management
• Developing and analysing financial models
• Leading certain workstreams such as various diligence processes as well being the point of contact for industry experts, management teams and investment partners
• Working alongside other top-tier asset managers/private equity funds on co-investment opportunities

Who we are looking for

• Experience of working in the M&A or leveraged finance teams of a top-tier investment bank. Alternatively, experience working in a private equity or private credit role with prior investment banking exposure.
• Outstanding academics from a top-tier university
• Strong business acumen and high professional integrity
• Native-level or fluent in a European language in addition to English is desirable but not required
