We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Business Development with proven experience in the UAE market, specializing in government proposals and partner-based solution sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying government opportunities, coordinating with technology partners, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives in hardware, security systems, IT infrastructure, and enterprise solutions.
This role requires strong expertise in government proposal management, partner coordination, deal closure, and a solid understanding of UAE government procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and close government and semi-government business opportunities across the UAE
- Manage end-to-end proposal process including submission, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closure with government departments
- Coordinate with multiple partners and vendors to obtain competitive quotations for:
- Hardware solutions
- CCTV and security surveillance systems
- IT infrastructure (servers, networking, storage)
- Software solutions and enterprise applications
- Odoo ERP implementation and customization
- Marketing and digital services
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and solution providers
- Develop technical and commercial proposals by consolidating partner quotations into comprehensive solution packages
- Build, manage, and maintain long‑term relationships with government clients, partners, and key decision‑makers
- Conduct market research to identify new government tenders, opportunities, and requirements
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, BOQs, and contracts
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using CRM systems
- Track government tenders and RFPs through official portals and other channels
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate between partners, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Attend government meetings, site visits, presentations, and business forums across the UAE
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Officer / Sales Executive in the UAE market
- Strong background in government sales and public sector procurement
- Extensive experience managing government proposals from initiation to closure
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple vendors/partners for quotations and solutions
- Experience in selling hardware, security systems, IT infrastructure, ERP solutions, or related technologies
- Solid understanding of B2G (Business‑to‑Government) sales processes
- Hands‑on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets
- Knowledge of UAE government procurement regulations, culture, and market dynamics
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field (preferred)
- Technical solution selling (Hardware, CCTV, IT Infrastructure, ERP)
- Commercial and technical proposal writing
- Deal negotiation and closing
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
Language & Eligibility Requirements:
- Arabic speaking national with English proficiency
- Valid UAE driving license required
- Valid UAE residence visa required (Company will not provide visa)
