We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

In this role, your key responsibilities include:
  • Conduct quality review of transactions created by associates and officers pertaining to new customers being on boarded and maintenance requests from customers to ensure adherence to the Banks policies and processes
  • Control and monitor workflow, assessing the completion to ensure that risks are identified and mitigated and proper control is in place
  • Provide support to the unit functions administratively to ensure the smooth running department
  • Track and review all pending transaction/authorisation in the maker report daily in order to highlight potential delays/issues
  • Monitor weekly errors/re-works relating to unit processing in order to report on findings
  • Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders
  • Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to business performance
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience with at least 1 year of experience in Account operations
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Understanding of account opening and customer documentation
  • Knowledge of customer transactions and behaviours Exposure to Banking transactions
  • Understanding of Banking systems, reports and workflows
  • Exposure to Screening systems and software is preferable
