A global hospitality brand is seeking a Revenue Manager in Dubai to lead revenue management initiatives, optimize occupancy and rates, and monitor market trends. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in revenue management within luxury properties, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and strong analytical skills. The role includes developing financial forecasts, managing distribution channels, and collaborating across teams to drive property performance. A competitive salary and benefits are offered.
Lead revenue management initiatives for the property, optimising occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and RevPAR.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and booking patterns to identify revenue opportunities.
Develop forecasts, budgets, and financial reports to support operational and strategic decisions.
Manage all online and offline distribution channels to maximise revenue and market visibility.
Ensure content accuracy and rate parity across OTAs, GDS, and direct booking platforms.
Drive initiatives to increase direct bookings and enhance channel performance.
Analyse guest segmentation, booking patterns, and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare regular reports and insights for senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to align revenue strategies with promotions, campaigns, and guest experience initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to operational teams on revenue-driven decisions, pricing, and packaging.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Finance, Business, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in revenue management or related analytics within luxury, lifestyle, or resort properties.
Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills; proficiency in revenue management tools and Excel.
Knowledge of GCC hospitality markets is highly desirable.
Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
Passion for optimising revenue and driving property performance.
