Assistant Project Manager (Infrastructure)
Dubai, UAE

Parsons is seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team in Dubai! In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the successful management and delivery of complex infrastructure and urban development projects, working alongside a multidisciplinary team of professionals shaping the future of the region.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Assist in day-to-day project management activities, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Manage and control all project-related communications to ensure transparency, accuracy, and timely information flow across stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and oversee all project deliverables, ensuring timely submission and adherence to contractual and technical requirements.
  • Implement and monitor project quality management processes to ensure deliverables meet required standards and specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain regular project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and budget tracking.
  • Support stakeholder engagement efforts, ensuring that expectations are managed and communication is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide direction and support to project team members, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering (or a closely related field).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and delivering infrastructure projects, preferably in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of CAD, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other engineering-related software tools.
  • Demonstrated potential to perform in a lead capacity, with the ability to guide and coordinate teams effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to a range of stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices applicable to infrastructure planning and execution.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of sustainability and environmental impact requirements in infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with digital tools like BIM (Building Information Modeling).
