The Assistant Brand Manager is a pivotal role within KFC Oman’s Marketing team, responsible for supporting the development and execution of brand strategies and campaigns. The role focuses on driving brand growth, market share, and consumer engagement through close collaboration with cross‑functional teams and seamless execution of marketing initiatives. A key emphasis of the role is driving sales growth across all channels, including aggregators, through strategic planning, execution excellence, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of short‑and‑long‑term brand strategies aligned with business objectives, including transaction growth, sales volume, profitability, and market share
  • Execute marketing campaigns across cluster, market, and store levels, adapting strategies to evolving market and consumer trends
  • Monitor brand and channel performance, integrate consumer insights, and apply strong analytical judgment to recommend data‑driven actions that address challenges and unlock growth opportunities
  • Conduct competitive analysis to inform marketing plans and strengthen KFC’s competitive positioning in the QSR market
  • Develop and execute long‑term and monthly visibility plans with aggregator platforms, managing aggregator relationships and channel‑specific growth initiatives
  • Analyze channel‑wise performance across delivery, dine‑in, takeaway, and aggregators, collaborating with aggregator partners to optimize visibility, promotions, campaign execution, and ROI.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams (Operations, Revenue Management, Legal, etc.) to ensure effective implementation of brand and marketing initiatives, leveraging strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Lead the briefing, development, and rollout of advertising, promotions, media plans, POS materials, packaging, and campaign assets
  • Manage agencies and suppliers to ensure timely, high‑quality campaign delivery
  • Execute digital marketing, CRM, and social media initiatives to support brand visibility, engagement, and campaign effectiveness
  • Deliver value‑driven and innovative initiatives that enhance the end‑to‑end KFC guest experience and strengthen brand perception versus competitors
  • Collaborate with the regional MENA team to localize product and innovation calendars for the Oman market and support new product launches aligned with local customer preferences and market trends
  • Support profitability across products and campaigns by managing budgets, timelines, and projects with strong execution discipline
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive creativity, innovation, strategic alignment, and brand consistency
  • Act as a brand champion, reinforcing KFC values and marketing excellence
  • Demonstrate agility and adaptability in a fast‑paced, evolving business environment
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline (MBA an advantage)
  • 4–6 years of relevant marketing experience (QSR, FMCG, or agency preferred)
  • Regional exposure or familiarity with the GCC / MENA market
  • Creative and customer‑centric mindset
  • Strong problem‑solving capability
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (mandatory)
  • Willingness to relocate to Oman
