A financial services client in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Manager for Treasury Product Control. This role involves managing valuations, pricing, and profit and loss reporting while supporting the Global Markets Team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of middle office operations and the various accounting demands related to product control. Strong report writing and communication skills are essential for supporting senior management and achieving business goals.
Charterhouse is working with a financial services client to help identify an Assistant Manager within Product Control. Sitting within their Global Markets Team, this role will take ownership to support all areas of valuations, pricing and profit and loss reporting covering the treasury related product ranges.
Responsibilities will include the development and overview of strong commentaries across the trading desks and product lines; to support MIS capabilities and profit and loss reports ensuring accurate and timely information and data flows within the business unit. You will monitor and price products whereby all NAV and price testing are undertaken and recorded in an accurate and efficient manner.
The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of middle office operations and activities; whereby they can relate to all product flows coupled with all the accounting and control related demands of a Product Control environment. This will range from IFRS related accountancy to operational support and shall require a candidate with a strong combined skill set. Report writing and communication skills will also be important criterion laid down within the selection process, to evaluate candidates whom are able to support senior management and the business objectives.
