Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in SME banking, fintech, or partner/channel development.
• Strong understanding of the UAE SME ecosystem, especially CSPs and free zones.
• Experience with digital onboarding and partner enablement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize the Business Introducer channel for SME customer acquisition.
• Build relationships with introducers and manage partner engagement activities.
