Job Purpose
  • Provide value added Credit services, accurately, efficiently, within turnaround time. Adhere to Policies, Procedures, Controls, Measure and Analyze Staff Productivity Customer Satisfaction and be an effective consultant to customers, Business units and Branches.
  • Display UAB values of Integrity, Customer focus, Competence, Consistency and Courteousness
  • Timely reporting to concerned parties on all Operational Risk, Fraud and AML issues.
  • “Risk Management obligation is the systematic application of management policies, procedures and practices to the tasks of identifying, analyzing, evaluating, treating and monitoring risk. This helps to mitigate risks to acceptable levels of management”
Principal Accountabilities
  • Manage the entire Retail Loans & Mortgages Operations disbursement and after sales activities.
  • Ensure all procedures that are developed comply with Bank Policy and Guidelines.
  • Ensure that all Deals /Transactions are within the approved limits.
  • Ensure accurate processing of Transactions as per agreed SLA.
  • Ensure the Managers cheque for Mortgage is signed as per the DOA
  • Explore areas that could be automated to improve efficiency and improve response time.
  • Ensure business confidentiality of products and processes.
  • Review customer complaints and take immediate action to satisfy them.
  • Ensure that the designated operations process and delivery platforms are managed efficiently with a high level of accuracy and timeliness to ensure repeatable and reliable customer experience.
  • Promote a culture of customer centric and process excellence capabilities throughout the organization which institutionalizes best practices, sets service quality standards and improves service deliverable to customers as understood by active Voice of The Customer activity
