Job summary

Hyatt Dubai The Palm is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to help oversee a busy restaurant outlet and support the leadership team in delivering excellent guest experiences. Your role focuses on maintaining Hyatt standards, achieving department targets, and contributing to the outlet's financial performance.

The ideal candidate has hospitality management education and prior leadership experience in a hotel or large restaurant, with a proven track record of service excellence and team

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
• Assist in managing the assigned outlet as a profitable independent unit, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget.
