Role Overview

The Control Tower team is responsible for end-to-end supply chain visibility reporting, monitoring, and proactive exception management across the network. The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of orders, and driving improvements in service levels, cost efficiency, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage daily supply chain operations through the Control Tower dashboard or manual reporting, ensuring real-time visibility of shipments, inventory, and fulfillment.
  • Identify, escalation, and resolve exceptions across inbound, outbound, cross-border, and last-mile operations.
  • Act as the central point of contact between warehouses, logistics partners, customer service, and commercial teams.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities in service levels and operational KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for exception handling and escalation management.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and performance dashboards to management and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to enhance tracking tools, automation, and system integrations.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce delays, improve OTIF (On-Time In-Full), and optimize cost-to-serve.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and transportation processes (inbound, outbound, cross-border, last mile).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced experience in MS excel managing large data sets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI / Tableau, and ERP / WMS / TMS systems.
  • Attention to detail with a proactive, hands-on approach.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred for senior roles).
  • 5-7 years relevant experience in supply chain operations or control tower functions.
