Job Overview:

Legend Motors FZCO is seeking a highly competent and strategic Finance Manager to oversee and

manage the financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in

financial planning, analysis, and reporting, while also ensuring compliance, operational efficiency,

and cost-effectiveness across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate financial reports and insights to senior management, along with strategic recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Maintain and safeguard the financial health of the organization and its divisions.
  • Analyze financial data including costs, pricing, variable contributions, and sales results, benchmarking performance against business plans.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for cost reduction and increased financial efficiency.
  • Lead and oversee the operations of the finance department, including setting goals, KPIs, and developing the team structure to achieve them.
  • Manage the end-to-end budgeting process, including preparation, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure proper monitoring and compliance of company finances and financial practices.
  • Corresponding with various other departments, discussing company plans, and agreeing on future paths to be taken.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (master’s degree or MBA preferred).
  • Professional accounting certification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of financial statistics, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems like Oracle
  • NetSuite is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Automotive industry experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
