What You’ll Be Doing:

Segment Analytics

• Analyze customer segments and portfolios to identify growth opportunities, revenue drivers, customer trends, and business risks.
• Develop segment-level dashboards and performance reports to support business decision making.
• Monitor key business KPIs and provide insights on customer acquisition, retention, product penetration, and profitability.

Management Reporting

• Prepare regular management reports, scorecards, and business performance updates for senior leadership.
• Track business performance against strategic objectives, budgets, and growth targets.
• Provide meaningful insights and recommendations supported by data analysis.

Campaign Performance Analysis

• Evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Measure campaign ROI, conversion rates, customer engagement, and product uptake.
• Identify opportunities to optimize targeting strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

Portfolio Insights

• Analyze portfolio performance across products, customer segments, and channels.
• Monitor key portfolio metrics including balances, profitability, customer behavior, and attrition trends.
• Support development of portfolio growth and customer retention strategies.

Product Business Cases

• Support the development and evaluation of business cases for new products, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, scenario modelling, and profitability assessments.
• Prepare presentations and recommendations for management review and approval.

Customer Behavior Analytics

• Analyze customer transaction patterns, usage trends, and engagement behavior.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, digital adoption, and cross-sell effectiveness.
• Generate actionable insights that support customer-centric decision-making.

Islamic Banking Growth Projects

• Support strategic growth initiatives and transformation projects within Islamic Banking.
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to track project milestones, monitor outcomes, and ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Banking, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Strategy, Business Analytics, Growth, Product Analytics, Financial Analysis, or Banking Analytics.
• Experience within Retail Banking or Islamic Banking is preferred.
• Strong data interpretation and presentation skills with the ability to translate analysis into business recommendations.
