Job summary

A leading consumer commerce platform is looking for a data-driven Assistant Manager to manage the liquidity of their Retail Media Network in Dubai. You will drive projects to activate advertisers and expand ad inventory while balancing supply and demand. This role requires excellent skills in SQL and Excel, along with strong project management capabilities. Ideal candidates will have over three years of relevant experience and a degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics. A competitive compensation package is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AdTech, Marketplace Strategy, or Commercial Operations.
• Demonstrated success in managing dual-sided (Demand/Supply) dynamics.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries for data extraction.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects for activating non-spending sellers and drive adoption of ad products.
• Monitor advertiser churn and implement initiatives to increase campaign density.
• Collaborate with Product teams to launch new ad slots without compromising UX.
• Analyze traffic patterns to optimize ad logic for revenue efficiency.
