A leading catering company in Dubai is looking for an experienced Assistant F&B Manager to lead a team in delivering exceptional dining experiences in premium airport lounges. The successful candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, proven leadership skills, and at least 5 years of experience in the sector. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and enhancing menu offerings while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven experience in luxury hospitality or stand-alone restaurant operations.
  • Expertise in food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to safety management system and hygiene policies.
  • Manage onboarding and training programs for staff.
  • Monitor staff costs and identify profitability improvements.
  • Partner with the production team to enhance food quality.
  • Develop exciting new menus and recommend pricing strategies.
  • Proactively address customer concerns regarding food quality.
  • Champion quality by adhering to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
