About the role

As an Assistant, Employee Residences, you will provide the employee residence department with the support and co‑ordination of all administrative related issues in the department, in addition to providing excellent customer service to both internal and external colleagues. You will also provide assistance to colleagues of all employee residence and HR related concerns, as well as warmly greet external/internal clients and handle their requests in a timely and efficient manner.

About you

Ideally, we’re looking for someone with experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within a luxury 5‑star hotel or resort setting.

In addition to the above, you will have strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, be professional, personable, friendly, dedicated and well‑groomed. You will also be proficient in all MS Office Programs, Internet, Oracle HRMS Systems.
