Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support the Cost Management team from pre‑contract to construction completion.

You will assist in estimating and Bills of Quantities, take personal responsibility for your outputs, and collaborate with project teams to deliver accurate, timely information for clients. The role requires 3-5 years of sector experience and a degree in Quantity Surveying, with MRICS aspirations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cost management software CostX or similar.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.
• Desire to obtain MRICS membership.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of the construction industry.

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:

• To support the Cost Management team taking responsibility forallocatedtasks.
• To help us provide excellent service delivery to our clients gaintheir trustand enhance our reputation.
• To help us ensure that clientobjectivesare met through the delivery of an effective cost management service frompre contractto construction completion.

KEY EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of and experience in the Real Estate sector.
• Knowledge of the Cost Management / Quantity Surveying profession.
• Basic experience inestimating and preparation of Bills of Quantities.
• Professional approach andconfidentin your ability to add value to our team.
• Ability to work with others and accept instruction in a team environment.
• Willingness to listen and learn and develop your skills.
